I worked at LiveOps for about 2 years in 2010. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a supplemental income. I was able to make about $2,000 per month working about 35 to 40 hours per week. Now LiveOps doesn't pay by the hour, they pay by your talk time. You can earn .25 cents per minute. There are also other opportunities to earn bonuses.
The feature I liked the most about Liveops is the ability to choose your own schedule. This is a very nice touch for the work at home mom or aspiring actress or entrepreneur. You have the option of just signing in to start taking calls. If the call volume is high, this works well. However, if you commit to a time block, you would receive more calls. The call allotment is also due to your ranking which reflects on how well you are able to do on your calls. I worked on the informercial project and those calls literally sell themselves. It was fun and easy money to be made.
The frustrating part was if you had technical issues during your scheduled shift, it could count against your work quality. You had a percentage of time that you needed to show as available and ready to take calls. Thankfully, I was always able to work out my issues or it was a system issue that did not count against me.
